RecoveryDeck Source Terms of Service
Last updated: October 12, 2026.
Independent sourcing role
RecoveryDeck Source provides buyer-side requirement organization, candidate-supplier outreach support, quotation comparison, and evidence-request coordination. It is not a manufacturer, authorized dealer, towing operator, importer of record, inspection authority, regulator, insurer, lender, or legal adviser.
No purchase or performance promise
Website content and an inquiry do not create a purchase contract or guarantee supplier access, stock, price, savings, MOQ, prototype availability, production capacity, lead time, delivery, ratings, condition, compliance, or registration. Commercial terms arise only in accepted documents among the applicable parties.
Buyer responsibility
Buyers must verify the exact vehicle, configuration, model year, ratings, documents, supplier identity, payment terms, inspection scope, import requirements, taxes, registration, insurance, operating rules, and destination suitability before commitment.
Quotation comparison
Comparisons should use one configuration, quantity, destination, Incoterm, inspection scope, and document list. Currency, timing, freight, duty, and destination-side services can materially change total procurement cost.
Website use
Do not submit unlawful material, confidential information you are not authorized to disclose, malicious code, or misleading identity information. Content may change as procurement requirements and available evidence change.
Contact
Use the procurement form for service questions. No public email, telephone, or physical address is invented where the locked source inputs provide none.
